HIMALAYA

It's time to start with asian adventures

Asian Adventures has emerged as an iconic name which promotes conservation of environment and responsible tourism through the expeditions and trips it offers across Indian subcontinent. This interesting initiative came into being twenty three years back and has achieved numerous milestones during this long journey

Himalaya Excursion

Himalaya

There are plenty of opportunities for Himalayan views. A short drive (4 hours to & fro) to Bhuwankhal can be undertaken to see the sunrise on snow-clad Himalayan range. A day excursion can be undertaken to Nainital (2½ hours drive one way), one of the most famous hill stations of India. An overnight excursion to our Himalayan Retreat at Pangot can be organised. Jungle Lore Birding Lodge at Pangot is a perfect destination for guests who wish to enjoy the Himalayan experience or are avid birders. Himalayan jeep safaris of longer duration are also organised in the hill ranges of Kumaon. One can cover interesting hill towns of Sat Tal, Ranikhet, Binsar, Munsyari, Abbott Mount, Nainital etc.

Why Outdoor Adventure

Scientists have recently reported that our modern obsession with cleanliness might be leading to a rise in allergies, asthma and inflammatory bowel disease.

  • When you get dirty, you improve your physical health.
  • Outdoor activities can prevent (or treat) a wide range of health problems.
  • Going on adventures raises your tolerance for uncertainty.

What You Get

The Outdoor Foundation reports that youth participation in outside activities has declined for three straight years.

  • Adventure travel lets you safely “try on” alternate lives.
  • Going on adventures fosters reflectiveness, a mental skill often in short supply today.
  • Adventure travelers may be more important than ever for saving the world.
